conditional formatting column header

Unfortunately that the power bi doesn't support to change the background of the matrix or table's header.
Maybe you can try this:
I create a set of sample:
Then create a new table:
Table 2 = ADDCOLUMNS( VALUES('Table (3)'[Column1]), "Y?N",SWITCH( 'Table (3)'[Column1], "AA",UNICHAR(9989)&"AA", "BB",UNICHAR(10060)&"BB", "CC",UNICHAR(10060)&"CC", "DD",UNICHAR(9989)&"DD" ) )The result is as follow:

The unicode of emoji:
Emoji unicode characters for use on the web (timwhitlock.info)
You need to transform the hex to dec:
