Hi Chris_FSA,
Based on my test, it could work on my side.
The problem could due to you have provided the wrong credentials for the OData source. Please check if the account you entered is either a global administrator, report reader, Exchange administrator, Skype for Business administrator, or SharePoint administrator.

Advocate ISorry for the delay - I've only just been granted admin rights to our Sharepoint instance and can confirm that this has fixed this issue.

I have the same issue. I have the right as admin. But I can't import data. Same message. I can't fixe it.
