    It's working now, I went to rename the column in PQ, it's a different value in the ProductID when I change the column.

Your DAX code looks okay. One possibility is there are some extra spaces after the productID in one of the table that causes a mismatch. It happens some times. Just add a calculated column on both tables using 

ProductID_Length = LEN(ProductID)

 on both tables and see if if the number of characters on productID in both the tables are same or different. If they are different, you might have to correct it and make the ProductIDs match in both the tables. This is just one possibility
