Yepp, I can confirm that - only does what it says on the tin if force selection is switched on.

Solution SageI'm using the July release and it has a similar behavior. Definitely seems buggy, or at least not the behavior that one would expect. I just tested this and got it to work properly by toggling the "Force Selection" to "on" as well.
