Apply Query Changes without refreshing the data in Desktop

I am working on a reports with size more than 900MB, when ever i do changes in the power query and click on apply and close,  Apply Query Changes is taking more than minimun 30 mins in power bi deskt...

If you Close and Apply it is going to re-evaluate the query. Sometimes in these situations, I create a smaller version of the dataset for development purposes. The best way to do this is to use the exact same view you are using in SQL and duplicate it with a specification of 1000 rows for example. But, if you are not using SQL this becomes problematic.
