Hi powerbiexpert22 - Detect Data Changes is an optional optimization within Incremental Refresh that checks whether the maximum value of a specified Date/Time column has changed for each eligible partition. If the value remains unchanged, Power BI can skip refreshing that partition, reducing unnecessary data processing and improving refresh efficiency.
