True read-only mode when embedding with dynamic binding

If you're using the Generate token for multiple reports, datasets, and target workspaces API, use the allowEdit parameter to grant the user viewing and editing permissions.

We've tried this. Unfortunately setting the 'allowEdit' field to false only prevents the user from using the 'save' functionality on the report. They are still able to 'save as'. This behaviour seems strange to me, but it seems to be what I'm seeing
