Phased Loading with embedded Q&A

I'm using phased loading when embedded my reports and dashboards. Now I want to embed a Q&A. However when I do, it doesn't seem to trigger the "on loaded" event. Does anyone know if phased loaded works for Q&A or do you have to use the full embed?
