image not showing fully

I have a PowerApps saving image to a sharepoint list. The Powerbi report is showing the image partially. About 1/8th of the image is seen. Upon investigating, the image url is retrieved only partially (32767) size. I have tried optimizing the image in Powerapps, but no luck still. Any known solutions to this issue?
