    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Based on your description, I have created a simple sample:

    Please try:

    Measure2 = IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Prior Value])<SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Current Value]),1,-1)

    Then apply it to the visual -> conditional formatting:
