Calculate the achievement
Hi,
I have a problem when calculating the achievement. There are 3 benchmarks to measure the performance of an employee which are threshold, target and excellence. I want to use the "Target" as the only benchmarks when calculating the achievement.
For case 1, the "Excellence" value is greater than the "Threshold" value, I can directly use [Actual]/[Target] = Achievement.
For case 2, the "Excellence" value is smaller than the "Threshold" value, if use [Actual]/[Target] directly, will give me a wrong info which the Achievement will be only 70% instead of 130%. May refer to the sample below:
Does anyone can advise on the calculation of achievement for Case 2?
Thanks!

Hi py1029,
You can try If function to show different results in Case1 and Case2.
For reference: IF
Achievement = VAR _CASE1 = DIVIDE ( 'Table'[Actual], 'Table'[Target] ) VAR _CASE2 = DIVIDE ( 'Table'[Excellence] - 'Table'[Actual] + 'Table'[Threshold], 'Table'[Target] ) RETURN IF ( 'Table'[Excellence] > 'Table'[Threshold], _CASE1, _CASE2 )Result:
