How well are PO's performing?  How does their performance compare to one another?  This report utilizes a scoring system, based on a weighted average of various performance metrics (e.g. SPI, CPI, variances), to compare the performance of project owners.  The color scale in the plot is relative to the range of scores, which can change based on the number of PO's and projects.
