Assistance for setting up real time dashboard

Thinking out-of-the-box, have you considered the Fabric Real-Time Intelligence items like the Real-Time dashboard? If you can move/duplicate the data (stream) to the Eventhouse, you can add a Real-Time dashboard on top of it.
As another alternative, you can use PowerBI DirectQuery to visualize Eventhouse data via a semantic model:
- Data stays in Eventhouse (no import into Power BI).
- Queries are executed live against Eventhouse using KQL.
- Dashboards always show real-time or near real-time data.
