Maybe this has been discussed before but its odd that a visual created by Microsoft isnt pbi certified? Did the developer quit and never went thru the process? This Card Browser visual for instance seem like it should certified but its not. Who's in charge of this stuff?

This particular visual is also now displaying the following warning:
Very annoying as it's a very unique visual that we use often and there is nothing else like it in the store, and being published by MS we thought it would be safe to use.
