Question on Gantt chart capability

Hi, I have been trying to use the Gantt chart visual in Power BI, version 3.0.12.0. I have two questions on how to use the visual: 

1. When I have a parent task and a number of child tasks that can be rolled up under - when I roll up with the "-" sign on the visual the bar shown does not show progress just the overall rolled up duration - is there any way to show an average or similar for all the child tasks progress?
2. The space I have for the Gantt chart is limited but I cant find a way to change the timeline scale so the entire chart fits into the available space - the visual uses a horizontal scroll bar. Is there a way to change the timeline scale so I can see the full schedule without the scroll bars?
