I published this post in the Custom Visualizations Development Forum because I want to create this myself as I'm using a Custom Visual and not a table.
Is this feasible in custom development?
I am not sure about it... may be whoever has built custom visuals should be able to help you out.. But I believe logic should be as I mentioned in my reply,.
