I had created a Pro ticket and the support said they can't help because its a custom visual. I have also experienced this issue in deneb.

I can reproduce this issue in multiple custom visuals, and it appears to occur even in those that haven't had recent updates. I'm going to contact the support team to see if there is a known issue in this area.

    I've received a response from the custom visuals support team confirming that it is a known issue with the visuals SDK, they are aware of it, and there is currently no ETA for a fix.
