Bug Azure Map Visual - Some cities don't appear colored

Hi, I'm having a problem with Azure Visual. There are three cities that don't appear in color. Does anyone know if it's just a bug or an error when identifying the city. I also entered the latitude and longitude to check if it corrected it, but it remains.
