Microsoft Fabric Subscription Issue
I’m finding it extremely difficult to locate an option to contact a human support representative, which has been quite frustrating.
I created this subscription solely for Microsoft Fabric training and learning purposes, and I was under the impression that I was using a trial subscription. I did not knowingly sign up for an ongoing paid subscription, nor was I aware that I would be charged approximately AUD $392.
I have already attempted to cancel the trial/subscription because I do not wish to continue with any paid service. However, I am still seeing attempts to charge my card.
The Azure portal appears to direct me through automated or AI-based support options, and I cannot find a clear way to speak with a human representative regarding this billing issue.
Could someone please advise me on the correct channel to contact a Microsoft/Azure human support representative for billing assistance? I would like to understand why this charge has occurred, ensure that the subscription and any associated paid services are fully cancelled, and make sure that no further charges are attempted.
I would greatly appreciate assistance from a Microsoft support representative in resolving this issue.

Hello Fabrictraining,
I will start with Request a refund rather than opening a support ticket immediately.
In Azure Portal, go to Help + support → Billing → Troubleshoot issue with getting charged for a canceled service and select Request a refund.
Also check Subscriptions and Cost analysis to see what the charge is coming from and whether anything is still generating charges.
If the refund option doesn’t resolve it, then create a Billing support request and ask Microsoft to identify the AUD $392 charge and confirm whether it can be refunded or adjusted.
Microsoft's documented support process is here:
