Fabric Apps inside Org Apps
We are currently using the Fabric Apps as well as Org Apps and i tried to extend our Org App with the idea of replacing multiple PowerBI Reports we currently have with Fabric Apps, i found a small Bug as well as probably not thought through feature.
I have a Pop-Up Window as a confirmation of pressing Delete Button inside my App, unfortunately the moment i try to use it inside the Org App, it is not responding at all, if that is something to be considered, i can just get rid of it, altough if the normal Fabric App allows it it might be something to consider here as well.
The other thing would be the refresh inside Org Apps. When i open any PowerBI report, i have the option in the header to refresh the report, unfortunately, the Button for refresh, that i have inside Fabric App, is missing inside Org App, which complicates things a little if i have DB in the background, allowing the only way to refresh the content of the app by refreshing entire browser page.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Hi Martin6626, thanks for sharing this. The missing refresh button and the unresponsive confirmation pop-up both sound like gaps in how Fabric Apps render inside Org Apps, so it is worth posting them on the Fabric Ideas site and raising a support ticket so the product team can pick them up. As a workaround for now, you could replace the pop-up with an inline confirm step on the page and add your own refresh control inside the app.
