Question

Hello Community,We have a Fabric capacity in UK South.. So with the highlighted settings enabled; which regions would the data move across.Would it be bound to the Geo like Europe or there can be a possibility of it moving in any Geo (US /Asia) based on availability.I'm reffering Link for Enabling Highlighted Setting&nbsp;

For UK South, that means prompts and responses leave the UK but go to the EU Data Boundary. They don't go to the US or Asia under this mapping

Hi Nirav_Synapx, a couple of points to add. The two highlighted settings are separate, one for Azure OpenAI and one for OpenAI as a Microsoft subprocessor, so check the data processing region table for each one against your UK South capacity and not just the first. They can map to different locations. Also both settings can be scoped to specific security groups in the tenant settings, so if the answer is not acceptable for everyone you can enable them only for the teams that are cleared to use it, and leave them off for the rest.
