Hi jobguruai​  all the tenannt setting options can't be seen only by those granted the Fabric Admin role in EntraId, in this article I explain step by step how to granted membership to that role How to grant Fabric Admin permission? 

If you ARE NOT IN CONTROL of your EntraID, and sure at some point you were Fabric Admin, a couple of ideas, the first and most obvious someone remove you from that group, and second, perhaps your company is using PIM (privilege identity management) and they granted you that role for a limited time.  😅 

But I would definitely start by going into EntraID and check the role and see if you there before anything else... all the very best 🤞 hope it helps.
