Usage Metrics Reports - some users not being counted.

Hello

We have a problem with some users of power bi reports not appearing in the Usage Metrics Reports, even though these users use the reports frequently. All employees are users of the reports and have user IDs (more than 2000 users), and I expect everyone to appear in the User Metrics Reports.

Does anyone know what could be the reason why some users do not appear in the Usage Metrics Reports?

kind regards

Anne M.

Hi @AnneM

Usage Metrics Reports are not always accurate

For more consistency you might want to build your own report using REST APIs
