**Urgent** - Last Refresh date & Time card - Power BI desktop & Service shows different time.
Hi,
I have created Last Refresh date & Time card in Power Bi Desktop with IST local time. However, when i Published this in Service the same card shows time in Ireland Time. Please let me know how can i resolve this.

The Power BI Service uses UTC which is the same time zone as Ireland.
