Text of table resizing when moving to another monitor or presenting

My report looks perfect on the monitor I used to build it, but when moving the PBI window into a different size monitor or presenting on a bigger screen, the text within my table moves and seems to become more condensed leaving a lot of space at the bottom of the table. This is even more problematic as for the purpose of my report, I have translucent rectangles highlighting certain lines of data. When moving to the different screen or presenting, the shapes remain fixed, but since the text moves, they are no longer highlighting the lines of data like I need them to. Please help! I've tried a variety of setting combination (disabling auto column width, text wrap, canvas sizing, global font size, etc.)

Hi, @AGUIREX

Of course. This is what Power BI Service can do at present. As an alternative, if you want to fully customize these pages, Power BI Embedded will support more customization, and you can control how the page elements are displayed through CSS styles.
In addition to this idea, you can also try Windows kiosk mode or browser kiosk mode.

This is the alternative solution I can think of at present. I hope it can give you good ideas.

Hi, @AGUIREX

We understand that it is critical to keep the report layout pixel perfect. This can be challenging at times, as you and your colleagues may be viewing these reports on screens with different aspect ratios and sizes.
The default display view is Fit to Page, and the default display size is 16:9. If you want to lock in a different aspect ratio, or want to adjust the reports to fit differently, there are two tools to help you: Page View Settings and Page Size Settings.
You can adjust the display size of your report by following the tutorials in the official documentation:

These are good guides for beginners, but I've played with these settings and haven't solve my issue. Is this just a limitation of PBI?
