Set Scorecard to Expand Submetrics As Default

Are there any controls to set expanded submetrics o default as expanded on a scorecard?

Accorrding to your description, you want to set the Expand Submetrics As Default in your Scorecard .

I test in my side both in Power BI service and desktop. I have found no where to set this as defalut , it seems by design .

You may could only expand the Submetrics manually now , and you can also put your idea to Power BI Idea:
