Hi @Machou
You're currently using a Power BI premium per user (PPU) subscription under your organization's account but are experiencing issues with admin portal access or capacity settings in fabric. Yes you can switch to a personal account and subscribe to a new plan.
Switching to a Personal Account & New Plan:
Log Out of Your Organization Account:
Purchase a New Power BI Plan (Personal)
Set Up a New Workspace (if needed)
If the above information helps you, please give us a Kudos and marked the reply Accept as a Solution.
Thanks,

Hi @v-csrikanth,
Thank you for you replied me, I have any question to ask you more for subscription plan with the persdonal account,
1. Do Fabric and Power Bi subscrition plan are difference?
2. Now power plan is 20$/month for PPU, Can you recommending me any good plan for me, if I just wanna publish my reporting on web server?
3. If fabric and power bi subscribtion, Can I subscribtion for only Fabric for just publish my reporting?
Thank you.
Hi @Machou
Below are the questions which i answered. Please let me know if you need any other assistance.
1. Are Fabric and Power BI subscription plans different?
Yes, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI have different subscription plans, but they are closely related.
Fabric is an all-in-one analytics platform that includes Power BI, Data Factory, Data Engineering, and more.
Power BI Pro and Premium Per User (PPU) plans are specific to Power BI, while Fabric capacity-based plans include Power BI features along with other Fabric services.
2. What is the best plan if I just want to publish reports on a web server?
If your goal is to publish reports publicly on a web server, Power BI Pro ($10/user/month) or Power BI PPU ($20/user/month) won’t be sufficient, as they require users to log in.
For public report sharing, you need Power BI Premium (Fabric F SKUs or P SKUs), which allow embedding reports without requiring users to sign in.
🔹 Best options for publishing Power BI reports on the web:
Note: If you need a cost-effective solution, consider using Power BI Publish to Web (free option), but this is only for non-sensitive, public reports.
3. Can I subscribe to Fabric only for publishing reports?
Yes, Fabric F SKUs (Fabric Capacity) allow publishing Power BI reports, but they come with additional services like Data Engineering, Data Factory, and more.
If your only need is Power BI report publishing, a Power BI Premium Per Capacity (P SKU) might be a more focused option.
If the above information helps you, please give us a Kudos and marked the reply Accept as a Solution.
Thanks,
