Power BI services and now Fabric ?

I am Microsoft Power bi admin with power bi pro I publish power bi in fabric ( i no longer can find powerBi service) to load the dashboards and semetric model , then display them in Microsoft Dynamics CRM .

Many CRM users cannot view my dashboard in dynamics crm as well as fabric  .

We all have power BI pro . I didn't use any unique features in fabric except to publish my dashboards . My dashboards are published in my workspace and permissions were given to all users in fabric and CRM.

The users would see blank screen unless they sign the fabric free trial . 

Whenever , it expires , we need to sign again.  

How do  I allow them to view ? Do I need fabric licenses despite all of us have power BI pro ?

Please verify if the workspace is licensed under Power BI Pro.

Are you on a shared capacity or do you use Power BI Premium capacities or do you use Fabric capacities?

None . Only powerbi pro

Hey,
Just fyi, Fabric consists of multiples services:
1. Power BI
2. Data Activator

3. Synapse and so on...

So Power BI is just a part of Fabric. To get to power bi service, just can just use this link:

or
at the bottom left corner, click on Power BI

If all users have Power BI pro license, they should be able to view the report. I would recommend that you publish the report in a collaborative Workspace (dont use My Workspace). 

Can you tell me how you embed the report in CRM?

We are using Microsoft CRM Dynamics which allows direct publishing of powerbi
