Hi @naveenanda_vam ,
Thanks for sharing the issue regarding Export with PDF in the community.
It seems the issue you're experiencing with exporting filtered data to PDF in Power BI is a recurring one. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
Persistent Filters: If enabled, this feature might override your current filter selections. Try disabling it under File > Settings > Persistent Filters and re-export.
Additionally also disable 'Allow users to change filter types'

When exporting a report to PDF in Power BI Service with filters applied (e.g., selecting 2024 data), the exported file should reflect those selections. However, if the exported PDF is showing 2025 data instead, there are a few possible reasons for this issue. First, ensure that the filters or slicers were correctly applied before exporting, as sometimes slicers may not persist as expected. Also, if the report contains hidden pages and you chose to exclude them, check whether those hidden pages have different filter settings that might override the selection. Additionally, if the dataset was refreshed after applying the filters, the data might have changed, especially if the report uses a Live Connection. Another factor to consider is browser caching—try exporting the report from an incognito window or a different browser to see if the issue persists. Comparing the export behavior in Power BI Desktop versus Power BI Service can also help identify whether the problem is specific to the Service. If none of these resolve the issue, republishing the report or checking Microsoft's known issues page may help. If the problem still occurs, raising a support ticket with Microsoft might be necessary to determine if it's a bug.
