Hi,
I shared a report with another user / developer in my team.
I gave her administrator rights both to data set and report but despite this fact she cannot edit scheduled refresh options or even refresh data on demand.
Do You know what could be the reason?

Hi,
I hope I finally found what's the reason of such status.
It's becase probably two administrators cannot have the access to these functionalities in the same time.
One of them has to take over settings from another one:
When I raised the question on the forum I simply had no knowledge how the settings options looks like from the side of my colleague.
Its been almost 3 years and do we have any solution here?
I have a Power BI Report which I have published in a Premium Workspace. I am the Developer of the Report. Specific Users have been given access to the Report. I have added a button on the Report which will allow them to refresh the entire report when clicked/pressed. Now the issue is when I click the button, it works but when the Users click on it, it says 'Unsuccessful'. What could be the issue and how can this be fixed?
I tried with someone else who already has Pro license and even she cannot refresh it from the Report.

Jay

You have to add her as Admin/Member/contributer to the workspace where you have published the report then only she will be able to perform the required activities.
I belive it is not a personal workspace.

Hi,
she has admin access to the workspace:
although I noticed that in the setting of this workspace it is marked Pro option while we have Premium per user licenses bought:
By the way I wonder why it's displayed trial version at the top bar because the administrator of our MS365 insured me that he bought 2 Premium licenses for us.
According to You last question I hope it's personal workspace, as this is shown above?:
Thanks @Anonymous for sharing information in details
I forgot to ask this at beginning, Can you confirm she also have Power BI Pro/Premium Per User assigned to her.
As without it She will not be able to do required activities.

@Anonymous Is she an Owner of the workspace where the report is published?
She is an administrator as well as me.
The report is published to separately created workspace named "Dane sprzedażowe".
Hi Greg,
I created this workspace, but both for workspace and for report / set of data, she has admin / owner access:
