I'm not so clear for your description, can you please explain more clearly?

Do you mean use power bi publisher to publish oracle smartview contents to power bi?

If this is a case, I don't think power bi publisher will support third party excel plug-in contents.

I mean I would like to use my current SmartView add-in to connect to my data/data model like in publisher, so using for a kvazi PBI data retrive/import into Excel trough SmartView instead of Publisher.

Is it possible?

Since I don't have available oracle datasource to test, I also not so sure for this.

Maybe you can contact to power bi team to know more about this.(I think power bi Publisher not support third part plug-in data)
