Estou fazendo o curso de Power BI pela Fundação Bradesco e segui a recomendação de baixar o aplicativo. Para acessar, criei um e-mail no Microsoft 365, mas não consigo fazer login de jeito nenhum.
No aplicativo, aparece o erro CA20004. Já pelo navegador (testei no Chrome e no Edge, tanto no PC quanto no celular), a página simplesmente não carrega — fica travada (imagem em anexo).
Já tentei limpar o cache, li vários artigos de ajuda e segui alguns passos, mas nada resolveu.
Sou leiga no assunto e só queria muito conseguir acessar o curso.
Alguém poderia me ajudar com um passo a passo bem simples, por favor?

Just following up to see if the suggested solution helped resolve the CA20004 error related to network restrictions or Conditional Access policies. If you're still encountering issues, you might try switching to a different network, using a VPN, or accessing the portal in incognito mode.

The error message CA20004 indicates that your login attempt is being blocked due to a network restriction or Conditional Access Policy set by the Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) administrator. This policy prevents sign-ins from specific IP addresses or geographic locations, and your current IP address falls within the restricted range.
Try below troubleshoot points to resolve the issue:
Try a Different Network, Use a VPN, Use Incognito Mode.
