I am working with a dashboard which has multiple datasets. The dashboard in power bi desktop is this.
After I publish the dashboard to web it changes to this. Why is this happening. Also, only this chart is behaving this way. Other charts are working fine. Also this is not happening immediately but usually after some time or the next day. Upon republishing the dashboard, it is working fine for some time and again same problem occurs. What is the reason behind this?
This happens because you have too much data and the visual is starting to do forced grouping. Observe the little blue "i" icon in the top right corner of the visual.
How to handle this error...my dataset has about 40,000 rows..
Use filters to reduce that down. Think about what story you want to tell with the visual.
Join the community in Stockholm for expert Microsoft Fabric learning including a very exciting keynote from Arun Ulag, Corporate Vice President, Azure Data.
