RLS based on Category
Hello ,
I have employee data with different role , I want to restrict data based on Resource type
for example Employee (1) has resource type A and is location head can view only his data being a location head and related resource data fromsales table
can you please help

I do have a Refrence Table , with USERNAME we are mapping it to Resource Type

Needs to be USERPRINCIPALNAME. their email address, basically.

For dynamic RLS you don't need anything else, but it must use USERPRINCIPALNAME, and your reference table must control the fact tables of the data model.

There is no DAX filter, this is all controlled via the data model.

I assume you have a reference table in your data model that maps USERPRINCIPALNAME to resource type?
