Paginated Report / Page View in PowerBi Service
Hi All,
I have developed a multi-page paginated report and published to PowerBi Service. When I view the report in web layout, some of the graphics aren't where they should be (based on how it appears in Report Builder). This is fine, as my main purpose is to allow export to PDF. However, when I click on Print Layout, I am only able to view one page at a time. I can scroll through all pages in web layout, but to access other pages in print layout, I must first select web layout, choose the page, then select print layout.
Any ideas what might be wrong, or how to work around this issue?
Kind regards,
Ben.

Hi @bhalicki,
Thanks for the additional context, and great catch.
It’s helpful to know that:
- You see the navigation controls in Print Layout.
- But they don’t function as expected i.e., you're stuck on Page 1 and have to switch back to Web Layout to change the page.
This behaviour is not expected, as the page navigation controls in Print Layout should allow you to move freely across all pages using the toolbar (as shown earlier).
To help narrow down the issue, could you please try the following:
- Clear Browser Cache or Try InPrivate/Incognito Sometimes cached resources can affect report rendering.
- Try a Different Browser there have been isolated issues in the past where Print Layout behaved differently across.
- Confirm Zoom Setting in Print Layout Sometimes if the zoom level is too high, rendering may restrict navigation. Try resetting to 100% zoom.
If these solutions do not resolve the issue, please consider raising a Microsoft support ticket. You can create a Microsoft support ticket using the link below:

Hi @d_gosbell ,
Yes, I found that. I think it may be a bug. In the web layout, it will give me the option to scroll from pages 1-7 (for example), but in the print layout, it will only show page 1 and won't let me scroll. The only way I can navigate to other pages in the print layout, is to switch back to web layout, select the page I want to view, then reselect the print layout.
Kind regards,
Ben.

On the "Home" tab there are page navigation controls that allow you to move to different pages when viewing a report in Print layout
