Exportar tabla

Hola buenas tardes,

Gracias

Hi @elenavierina ,

To resolve this issue, I recommend following these steps:

1. Use alternative delimiters: When exporting a table to CSV, select delimiters that are not used in the data, such as pipe characters (|) or tabs. This will prevent fields from scrolling due to punctuation.

2. Delimit text with inverted commas: Ensure that all text fields are delimited with a double inverted comma ("). This means that everything within an inverted comma should be treated as one field, even if it contains a comma. Most export tools have an option to activate this feature.

3. Clean up data before exporting: If possible, consider removing or replacing problematic punctuation in the data before exporting. This can be done either manually or, if extracting data from a database, through a SQL query.

4. Use specialized tools: Consider using specialized tools or scripts that can better handle complex data during the export process. tools such as Power BI Report Builder allow more flexibility in exporting data, including setting delimiters and text qualifiers. For more information on how to export reports to CSV using Power BI Report Builder, visit this link.
