Add a Paginated Report with parameters that allow for multiple values and has available values

I am trying to add a Paginated Report with parameters that allow for multiple values and has available values to a Power BI page, however I keep geting the same error after give it the paramters.

Has anyone experenced this before and know a fix for this?
