Help with formula for beginner

Hello, I have two columns, called "Answer" and "Approve Status". In my report, there are visualizations of the number of different answers in "Answer" and Appruve status. "But I also need to display information about how many "Answer" statuses I have that have not yet received the "Approved" status. I'm trying to solve this issue with the formula in Power Quetry but I still don't understand exactly how to do it.I would be grateful for any advice.

@ruslan88990 If you post sample data and expected output then maybe I can mock this up and provide a solution. PQ may not be the best choice for this as this is trivial in DAX:

Measure = COUNTROWS(FILER('Table',[Approved Status] <> "Approved"))
