Hi @Poweraegg

To master Microsoft Fabric and become a "Fabricator," focus on these key areas:

Certifications:

  1. DP-900: Azure Data Fundamentals – Learn basic Azure data services.
  2. PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate – Strengthen data modeling and visualization.
  3. DP-203: Azure Data Engineer Associate – Build data integration and transformation skills.
  4. Fabric-Specific Certifications (upcoming) – Look for new certifications from Microsoft.

Skills to Learn:

  1. Data Engineering – Master data lakes, lakehouses, and analytics pipelines.
  2. AI & Analytics – Learn how to integrate AI models and machine learning in Fabric.
  3. Automation – Get hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Git integration.
  4. Real-Time Data – Understand streaming data and processing tools like Spark.
  5. Governance – Manage data security, lineage, and workspace permissions in Fabric.
  6. Fabric Workloads – Learn about Direct Lake, Dataflows Gen2, and T-SQL over Lakehouse.

Tips:

  • Use Microsoft Learn for structured learning.
  • Experiment with Fabric in a test environment and join Fabric-focused communities for updates.
