How to make power BI ignore old data entries and only recognise the newest entry.

Hi Everyone,

Looking for some help please, I've created a power app for audits. Basically I have a gallery that a user will fill out and when they submit the audit it will be stored in a spreadsheet in excel. I want to migrate the data to power BI as a "Review Answers Dashboard" before users submit  the audit. I have migrated the data across but don't know how to make power BI look at the most recent audit/data entry and ignore the older entries. This would be really helpful as we are migrating from GoAudits to 365 and trying to replicate the functionality. Any ideas would be grateful, i'll include a few screenshots of what im doing.

How do you define that in your data?
