According to your description, you can't get more custom Visuals in Power BI Desktop using the APP Store feature.

When accessing it, the system rejected your request, I think the problem may be in the network, please ensure that your network connection is stable.

Try to clear the data cache, log back into your Power BI Service account, and if possible, use the latest version of Power BI Desktop
