Unable to sign in to Power BI desktop

I downloaded a report file from the online service, when I open the file I am asked to sign in, after entering my email address this is what pops up on my screen. This prevents me from viewing the contents of the file.

How can I get around this issue? I've tried both on and off company network.

Hi @v-yetao1-msft

I tried what you suggested but unfortunatley, I am still receiving the same message. I wonder if it has to do with my computer. If I use azure virtual desktop then I can sign into power bi desktop, otherwise I cannot.

Hi, can you reach api.powerbi.com from your desktop?

Can you try the Powershell command:

"test-netconnection api.powerbi.com -port 433"
