Unable to create support request in PowerBI/Fabric admin portal

Can't create support ticket to report a problem I'm having with PowerBI. Due to cirucular reasoning I have no place to report except here because I can't submit a ticket about the ticketing service being broken.

It just sits here for minutes and it never actually comes back with solutions or additional questions for me to answer. This makes the Next button stuck as greyed out

I did a simple test and it works fine on my end.
It may take longer to respond, can you check if it is now working properly on your side?
