Troubleshooting Missing Labels in Clustered Column Charts for Expiry Reports

Hello,

In my Expiry Report, I have a Clustered Column Chart where some dates are shown in the "Month & Year" format. While the bars/columns are correctly displayed, the labels are missing beneath them. How can I ensure all labels are displayed?

A sample image is attached. Thank You in Advance for Your Support!

Hi @Ilgar_Zarbali ,

Yes, you could check Axis settings first, go to the "Format" pane, and then expanding the "X-Axis" settings. ensure that the "Show all labels" option is turned on, then adjust Label Density. Sometimes, labels might not appear due to high density. You can adjust the label density by changing the "Interval" setting under the "X-Axis" options. Setting it to "1" can help ensure that all labels are displayed.

If the chart area is too small, labels might get truncated or not displayed at all. Try increasing the size of the chart to give more space for the labels.

Hope it helps!

Thank you for your response—I truly appreciate it. However, I found it quite challenging to locate the "Show all labels" option under "X-Axis Settings."

I resolved the issue using the following steps:

  1. Changed the Type setting from Continuous to Categorical.
  2. Adjusted the Date Format in the Calendar as needed.

The resulting output is attached for your reference.

Thank you once again!
