The slicer can not display the whole complete list after publishing on the Web

Hello Power BI Team,

I would like to ask for help regarding the incomplete slicer list after publishing to the Web.  Here is the screenshot for your reference.

When I am working on the offline dashboard, it is able to show the whole list as below:

However, when I publish to the web, the semi-list can not be selected like the below:

As you can see the above, I can not see the detail for country like Chicago...etc.

Can anyone teach me how to solve the issue?

Thank you so much for your help!

Best Regards,

Chen Meng Ting

Hi @ChenMengTing ,

Based on the information you provided, I did a simple test but failed to reproduce your problem.
My Test version :
Power BI Desktop 2.138.1004.0 64-bit (November 2024)

Power BI Service 13.0.24766.30
The browser : MS Edge

After creating a report in Power BI Desktop and publishing it to Power BI Service it works fine.
Or I misunderstand that your problem is with the Publish to web feature?

Hi @v-xiaoyan-msft

Thank you so much for your reply.

I removed my original slicer and re-build a new one to publish again.  It works somehow!!

Thank you so much for giving me an idea!

Have a good day.

Best Regards,

Chen Meng Ting 🙂
