Dear all,
Could you please implement a different color for users which are "in a call/meeting" and users which are "busy".
The topics are completely different. To contact someone who is "in a meeting" is a "no-go" but if someone is busy e.g. for closure and urgent topics are appreciated that is a complete different story.
Sometimes we do not have "enough" (what can I say) connection that ONLY the color is showing up with NO information if the user is in a call or busy.
Please, please that is really and urgently needed.
Thank you very, very much for your investigation.
Regards
PS: work around in a company with 5 digit employees is not an opportunity.

Hi @Hi69,
Thanks for your feedback! If you would like to suggest feature improvements, you may vote the idea and comment here to improve this feature. It is the right place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
Best Regards,
