Some Models not Refreshing

Hi. We just opened a new gateway two days ago and have had no problems refreshing our models. Everything was running smoothly. Today we get this message:

Last refresh failed: Mon Mar 14 2022 15:01:48 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)
Invalid connection credentials.Hide details

Cluster URI:WABI-WEST-US-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID:993954c5-a9f5-42dc-81b2-6cfc355a906f
Request ID:1c1ba9d1-1960-f7e6-e1df-a588f8b4ee32
Time:2022-03-14 19:01:48Z

I checked the settings of every model that failed. The gateway is fine and all credentials are valid. Any thoughts?

Hi, @amcfadden

Please troubleshooting your issue with the following steps .

(1) Refresh your report in Desktop to judge whether it is a problem with data source . If you can refresh successfully in Desktop , that means the data source is running normally .

(2) Then check the status of your gateway . If it is online , that means the gateway is running normally .

(3) Check your data source in Manage gateways in Service , if it shows Connection Successfully , that means the credentials of your data source are correct .

(4) Then check dataset settings in Service . The dataset whether is mapped to related data source .

(5) If there are no problems with the above steps, then manually refresh the dataset to see if the refresh is normal . If manually refresh successfully , you need to check the settings of scheduled refresh .

You can also see the refresh errors in refresh history in dataset settings .
