Single select slicer changes to multi-select in Power BI Service

I have a slicer for products set to single select that changes to multi-select in the Power BI service. This is not an "Idea" to be evaluated, it is a serious issue that must be corrected ASAP. It is causing major problems with our reports and is causing our users to lose all confidence in Power BI. The slicer changes back to single select if the user hits reset to default or refresh; but this is no solution. This issue is also not easily reproduced because it happens intermittently - which is even worse.

I have made a test but couldn't reproduce this issue. I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.

I'm seeing this issue too when using book marks and slicers.
