Power BI was unable to read the application metadata.

Suddenly can't access Power BI web from a VM (Azure West US 2). 

Using the app launcher from office.com, I get:

Trying a link straight to a workspace, I get a blank page.

Works OK (if a bit slow) from my laptop (Australia).

Hi @mike_honey ,

 

1. Please clear browser cache then access the Power BI Service again. 

2.  You may check the thread related post refers to :

Also please check if the issue only happens to yourself or all users in your organization.

This seemed to be a service issue. Anyway, it has been working OK for a day or so now.
