Power BI Server Issue - Subscription and Report Performance

Is there a known issue on the Power BI server today?

We have a rucurring report subscription scheduled to be sent out 9:AM EST every day.

There hadn't been any changes to the semantic model / subscription settings, but there was a significant delay today (3hrs) and wanted to to know if this is a known issue.

Also got some end-user feedback that they are noticing slower performance.

Hi @lucilehan ,

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

Best regards.

@lucilehan  We are also seeing this issue since upgrading our report server to January 2024 report server version. Subscriptions that were sent withing 5 minutes are now taking up to 40 minutes to send. We increased the CPU's on our server which barely made an impact.

We see huge numbers of rows in the Notifications table and they are processed really slowly. We send lots of Data Driven Subscriptions daily and this is having quite a big impact of time critical subscriptions arriving late.

These subscriptions were all working fine before the upgrade.
